Frequently asked questions
If your question isn’t here, ask through the consultation page and we’ll answer based on your real scenario.
Is Falcon just a kiosk?
No. Falcon is a comprehensive platform. The kiosk is only one channel. The core includes menu, inventory, orders, operations, reporting, and integrations.
What does “true multilingual” mean?
Guests see the menu in their own language, and you can show/hide items/categories per language (e.g., an item should not appear in one language at all).
Can I show items only on specific devices?
Yes. You can restrict visibility per device (e.g., hide on kiosk #2 but allow at cashier).
Does sold-out inventory actually work?
Yes. Inventory supports quantity, low-stock thresholds, isActive, and availability sync across channels.
How are multi-channel orders handled?
Orders store source (kiosk/cashier/web apps) and language, and everything is managed and reported in one system.
What do reports cover?
Sales by store/device/item, orders list with date/status/language filters, plus operational and growth reporting.
How do you integrate with other systems?
Developer Portal + Webhooks for key events (order.* etc.) and reporting APIs to connect CRM/accounting/internal systems.
What is Windows Bridge and why is it downloadable?
Bridge is a Windows installer to connect local hardware/services, so it’s distributed as a downloadable app.
Are KDS and QR Menu ready?
They are marked as “Coming soon” on the website and currently disabled. Links will be activated when ready.
What is Beta?
Beta is free, but it receives more frequent updates and may occasionally have temporary disruptions.
How long does setup take?
Depends on your scenario. A standard setup (menu + channels + inventory) can start quickly, followed by refinements.
What if our workflow is unique?
Falcon is modular and highly configurable. The best path is a consultation to map it to your scenario.
Want to decide faster?
A short consultation is enough to map modules, channels, languages, and settings to your business.
